Exercise for Hyper Yorkie

I would love to get another Yorkie for her to play with. But my husband does not like the idea. We are still working with Stella on Pooty training.. She loves to p in front of our refrigerator.. And he doesn't like how she is soo hyper.. But I think it would be soo good for her. I think she would love to have a puupy to play with.. However my mom has 2 Chihuahua's and Stella loves them to death but the feeling is not mutual. One of my moms dogs will run upstairs and hide or she will cry or growl at Stella. And the other one will think about playing but then when Stella gets excited and trying to pounce around he will try to snap at her. So although she loves people and animals they seem to not like her because of her hyperness..

Even a little RC car or go to a petstore and you can find a remote control mouse for cats... I am getting one of those for my Bailey she will freak out and have a BLAST with it.

That's so funny that you mention other dogs not liking Stella due to her hyperness. We got a 2nd yorkie and she is crazy hyper...her nickname is crackhead! Our neighbors dog is the epitome of what a good dog should be, and ever since Nala was a 12 week old puppy Sadie (our neighbor's dog) has hated her because she would always jump in her face and try to lick her and Sadie would growl and even snapped at her 2 times. Our neighbors let our dogs out for us when we need them too and even bring Bandit to their house to play with Sadie, but because Sadie hates Nala she has to stay in her crate at our house.

Aww.. Why didn't I think of that.. That is a great idea. I did find at Walmart one of those balls you put batteries in and it runs on the ground so she can chase it... But the mouse sounds so cute.. She will flip out over that one I think..
