I posted that one,, about putting dog flea med on cats.. it was on Animal Plantet,,, this cat got deathly ill, but survived,, But someone on here said that was from cheaper flea versions,,like Hartz. I would check around, I dont know if I would do it,, I give Bailey a full dose, as advised by my vet,and it never phased him.

I switched from advantage because it doesn't protect against ticks, or eggs or anything like that. Plus I had heard a lot of members here say that they used advantage but they STILL got fleas (well not them, their babies). So I used the Frontline Plus for cats last night and nothing happened. I used half the bottle. I checked the ingredients for both and they both have the same ingredients in them, the dosage is just different, just like the vet said.
