My two boys (Walker 2 yrs, Morgan 5 months) came from the same breeder and have the same parents. Morgan is definitely more of a cuddler. Maybe it's because he's the baby and maybe it's because he is so much smaller than his brother and he most likely will stay much smaller as well. As soon as I sit down somewhere (anywhere!) he will scratch at my legs, asking me to pick him up. Because of his size when we first got him (2 pounds), I was very protective of him and I think that has a lot to do with his cuddliness.

My male, Buster is the cuddler. If I am sitting, he has to be in my lap. Maggie is content to sit close by. If I try to put her in my lap she will stay for a few minutes then she will move on. When we go to bed, Buster is right up next to me but Maggie wants to be further away. Buster would never go upstairs unless I go but Maggie will go upstairs by herself and lay on the bed. Very different personalities.
