Seriously though, one of my bestest friends and her fiance live in Eagle Rock, and they have a tiny 2 bedroom house. When she first moved in with him, she kept referring to it as his apartment. whoops. LOL
Don't remind me. I went to pick up a few things I had forgotten in Irvine and my old roomie begged me not to go. She made me promise I'll keep looking for work in that area so I can move back out there.
I feel so bad for so many reasons. My "spoiled" boy lives in a building where he can't be seen, in an apt with little space for all of us living here, his twice daily walks have been reduced to once a week (I'm afraid he might get chubby), and my roomie who is a total doll misses her "little family" and puts it all on me, and Kaji was totally sad today, nothing made him happy.

On the plus side... Kaji is learning to play fetch!

Watch out Uni! Next time Kaji will give you a run for your money!

Good job Kaji!!! :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup: He is so growing up! His racing stripe is almost gone! (the grey stripe between the eyes I call racing stripe) Kaji is so tiny, how does he get the full size tennis ball in his mouth? Love the jammies too, so comfy!

I thought your place in OC he got walked lots, wasn't that park we met up at right around the corner?

We got a looooong 26' retractable leash for Uni, it is working well! She thinks she is off leash and doesn't scream anymore! halleluyah! (I don't go to church, that's why I don't know how to spell halleluyah! LOL) so she is getting lots of walks now!

I loved that park! We would go there in the morning for an hour, and at night for another hour. Now we live in downtown LA near macarthur park. Does the name ring a bell? If it doesn't, just know this area isn't ideal and you shouldn't be around here. Unless you want a fake ID, then this area is great!

Good for Uni! I bet she's enjoying all those lovely walks.

Oh, I know MacArthur Park, and just so you know, one of my friends from HS DID get a fake ID from there. It was pretty hilarious. And it's not just if you want a fake ID, you can pretty much get anything there, and I mean anything. Lovely area. :rolleyes: How's Kaji adapting to the change? Uni was not too keen on the living situation change when we lost the house in the IE, but that was 1 1/2 yrs ago, she's fine now. Oh how she misses carpet, poor thing. :p

I know you can get so much more, but I wanted to shield the youngins out there. He doesn't like the move, I think that's why he's been so sad today. I started a thread about cheering up a pup, I don't know what to do to get him out of his funk. I got him squeaky balls yesterday which he loved but today, nothing.
