Donating YT 2000 Club Member | Just had the scare of my life!!! Jersey was outside with DH, DH was putting away the patio furniture in the shed. I asked DH watch jersey while I shower. I come out of the shower and no Jersey DH said he thought he went inside. We called and called shook his treat bag squeaked his favorite ball and nothing no sign of him in or out. There I am on the front steps (pink bathrobe and all) in a complete panic, visions of Mooney and Jazymn and how they were lost flashing through my head. Finally less than a minute but felt like forever Jesey comes crossing the street running towards the driveway but darts into the neighbors yard where DH picked him up (DH is so lucky). I go around the corner to get him and there is DH hugging and kissing Jersey. What a site to see 6ft 275 hugging and kissing this little pup. |

| I'm glad everything ended well. Believe me, your hubby has learned his lesson. Something like that will not happen twice.

| It is so scary when we cannot find our Yorkies. I always get nervous after calling Josh name when I do not see him running quickly to the door after going potty in the backyard. I am happy that you found Jersey. |

| I know the panicky feeling. There were a couple of times I looked for Sophie feeling sure she was in the house somewhere but when I called her for 10 minutes or more and she didn't answer I started second guessing myself thinking, did she slip out the door when I went to get the mail? Or when I brought the groceries in? Surely I would have noticed as I am always watchful when I open the door to outside. Finally I opened every closet door and when I got to the last one there she sat, quiet as a mouse and looking up at me sweetly as if she was playing hide and seek. What a relief ! | 1st mistake. Don't ever have the words, "watch the dog, I'll be right back" come out of your mouth Seriously though, so glad all turned out well. You must have been panic stricken.
