Totally the same-
My husband is poppi and I'm mommi and my sister is auntie and my nieces are his cousins and their pets are cousins too and my parents are grandparents and Matise is their grandson. My dad always laughs and thinks I am crazy and threatens to hang up the phone when I ask if he wants to say hi to his grandson..

Sounds like you ladies are very lucky! My fiance doesn't refer to himself as 'daddy' although I don't refer to myself as 'mommy' either

But my fiance isn't too enthralled with Bailey to begin with, he's a 'big dog guy' and although I can tell he 'cares' for Bailey, he doesn't 'love' him or anything

My boyfriend says daddy!! It's funny cuz for the longest time he tried to talk me out of getting a yorkie. He said he never lived with an inside dog and didn't think he'd like it! Of course he loves the 2 we have now!!!!

I forgot to say that we have friends who refer to themselves as Rowdy's aunt and uncle and THEY initiated the titles - I would never have dreamed of calling them that until they started calling themselves aunt and uncle!!!

Yeah, I had no choice. My wife told him I'm daddy. More often it's, "Go see your father!" when he's bugging her.

I have so far managed to cling to a shred of masculinity on this site by not calling him "baby." I'm quite proud of that. (I did catch myself telling my wife a story about one of your dogs, and I said something like "Her baby did this..." I cut myself off from YT for 24 hours until I regrouped.

I'm definitely Chloe and Lacey's mommy but when they're bad, they are my dogs, when they are good, they're daddys.

Yep! My Stomper even knows when I say "Go get Daddy" means to run to my husband!! He knows me by "Mommy" too!

Gucci is our baby. I tell her go to daddy and she knows to go to my hubby. My husband always tell her got to your mother. Our cousin thinks we are nuts.
