Exactly why I HATE that show! I cannot tell you how many places get turned in to those people and nothing is done. Now, I am not saying it is the fault of the SPCA...it is just that the laws SUCK. They make it look like these busts happen all of the time....NOT SO!

I have spoken with various people in the state of Texas about well known hoarders and the like only to be told that they cannot do anything unless we have absolute proof that a law is being violated; and the laws are pretty flimsy. I know of one instance where they scheduled an appointment to see the animals in a person's care. Uhhhh hello???? Did they really think they would see what I KNOW is in that place? And when I questioned them about WHAT they did and WHAT they saw, they said they are not at liberty to discuss an "investigation". WhatEVER. The poor animals have so few rights. Oh...and one thing I was told is that it does not matter if the animals are vetted or not...I was FLOORED. So...people can just provide shelter, food and water and that is IT. Could be a plywood box outside. One place I know of warehouses dogs in pens with osb wood boxes....4 and 5 large dogs outside year round in this state and there are pictures of it on the web. But...no one does a thing. They refer to it as a sanctuary. If I come back as a dog, let me DIE before I live in a "sanctuary" that leaves me out in the TX heat with other animals. Left to fight over a spot in the plywood box that has only three sides.

I hope so but at the very bottom it says they won't be getting any more "rescues" my fanny, for 6 months...not sure what that means....

Hi !

This is my first post. I saw a sign on Jeff's sight that said he was retiring but his daughter was going to raise yorkies and she has a website. But, off hand I don't know what the address is. The format of it looks almost like yorkiepup. Sorry if I'm telling you something you already know.

Now that I have to sign my name, I'm not sure I picked such a good one.

I wanted "Cubby's Mom" but it was already taken.

The next thing I thought of was Rub-a-Dub-Cub... I don't know what possessed me.

Maybe I'll use the acronym...RADC...?

Hi, and welcome to Yorkietalk, your user name isn't really important, many of us signed up before we realized, we would become addicted, I just used my photobucket name, because I didn't even have a yorkie at the time. You can make a "signature" that will be on all your posts, and it can be whatever you like, it doesn't matter if someone already is using it, and so you can use your first name or "Cubby's mom", or whatever you want, and you can change it whenever you like. Hi new here and have been reading post.I went there and got two little girls.They are both sick and the vet is wanting to pull teth on both as soon as there infections are better..I knew in my heart these were his dogs...They have issues but they are getting better,I know this will be a very costly and heartache but I am up for it they need to have a better life and pain free life..he really needs to stop breeding because no dogs deserve to be treated like that...What gets me is he talked really bad about that puppy mill that did this to these dogs and he was in reality talking about himself!!!! I love them both

Hello and Welcome to YT! You and I both know that these are his dogs. If you need any help or advice please just ask. Those 2 little girls have found a wonderful new home away from this horrid "man".

What did you name your new pups? Do we get to see some pictures

That's so sad... I found that threat thinking.. THANKS GOD ONE MORE MONSTER IS DOWN... but as I read the threat realized he is passing is business to daughter...

The rescue page is absolutely disgusting!!! Good way to resale HIS OWN retired adult!!! LOOOOOOOOOOOOOSER

Most dog look sick and traumatized on the pictures!! That's when they aren't pin down in a corner for the picture.. The poor littles ones are probably trying to run for their life so bad!!

On the "teacup" page...There is a dog name TESS, I don't think she is a yorkie... She look mixed...

Hope those looser are enjoying their luxurious life... because after that... THEY ARE GOING RIGHT TO HELL.

I agree with you Nancy...........I think the used name is cute

I didn't have a Yorkies when I made my SN so Megan is for my DAUGHTER. People think all the time that Megan is mine or my pups name.

Awwww Bless you for rescuing those 2 girls. That is so sad that people keep their animals like that.

Ann, yes Jeff Dane is retireing. But his daughter will still be breeding and his Brother Steve I think is still in Buisness but they are being watched by authorities. I hoping to hear that they are ALL shut down permanently!!!!

It's sad, we all hear of some of the most sickly babies coming from that family of GREEDERS. Very sad

. So much heartbreak caused by that family and what they've done to animals and the yorkie breed.

I am so glad to hear they are being watched,you know I keep thinking about those cars that were in that building where the dogs were living in those little cages..My husband said they were worth over 100,000.00..In that building with all these sweet little dogs suffering.it turns my stomach..The Girls are doing much beter and the house training is coming along.. I have a little baby bed but they start freaking out when I put them in it,So I have started leaving them out when I leave,because the one that was called Penny gets manic and it;s like she can't control her emotions,I just can't bear to see her like that. I will post pictures as soon as I get hubby to snap a few..I want everyone to see these dogs I don't want anyone to forget what kind of breeders these people are,and hopefully they will get all of them taken away from them!! They had full grown yorkies that didn't even weigh a pound,His daughter said they were 8 years old which now I don't believe her about the age but they were so tiny,for a yorkie that is that small you have to keep them very healthy because it wouldn't take much for them to get sick and pass away?! Hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving!
