| We live near a lake and have tons of wildlife. We have seen coyotes running behind our house, hawks are constantly flying overheard, and a bobcat was in our neighbor's front yard and tree just last week. See photos below. It goes without saying that Gracie does not go outside by herself EVER.

I didn't actually see it; a neighbor took the pictures, but I would have loved to have seen it. They don't attack humans, but they will definitely go after small animals. I heard that he was chasing a house cat and that's why he was up in the tree. I don't think he got the kitty...

Whenever I hear them and we are outside I freak out and go pick them up. If neighbors are watching me in my bath robe, they probably think I am insane...but I swear these animals come out of no where!!

| I talked to my husband this morning about these creatures because your post go me thinking about it. He told me that it is only illegal to kill them in inhuman ways like meat hooks and poison. They actually have bounties out on them now! That is how bad it has gotten here. You have to bring in their tongues! How weird! They must have a unique one. The thing about hunting them is they are fast and smart. They hide during the day usually so it is really hard to see them. If there is one, there are more because they are pack animals. I thought humans were at the top of the food chain but coyotes are moving up fast around here. We have the big cats and bear but they don't come that close to humans or pets. I have seen them and they are afraid, unlike the coyotes. We did a hunting party when the calf was killed but it wan't very successful. But something is going to have to happen soon or they will be walking into our living rooms. And to think these things were actually dropped here to control the population of deer! We can hunt deer!!

| Oh, I would hate to move. This is our backyard view. We do have abundant wildlife (which I love), but as long as we are careful with our pets, we shouldn't have a problem.
