Donating YT 2000 Club Member | ![]() If you have one that climbs they can get out. I have a 36" and a 48" tall and mine can climb out of both of them. I am trying now to think of a soft top to put on them. They are not in there much..only when I am not home because I have 2 girls that fight. I also have a 6 foot tall outside pen and I have one that can climb that. I can't confine her at all. I put her in a crate onetime I went out and she jumped up and down so much she hit her head on the top and was bleeding when I got home. She is the one that I put downstairs when i went out and she tore the dryer vent off and went out the wall. She was sitting on the porch when I got home. I took a while for me to figure it out. I thought she was magic..rofl... I really never believe in crate training one but since I have this girl I have changed my mind. I don't think they should be left there but there are times you need them to be put up for saftey reasons. It would be alot easier if they were used to it from the beginning.
