| Hi, we went on a road trip with my girls and I bought dog panties. Then I bought mini pads. cut them to fit. peeled and stuck them where they needed to go into the panties and voila!...worked like a charm. The panties are the kind that are made to go with cute outfits with velcro sides and the mini pads are super absorbent, I bought the kotex overnighters...LOL

| We use newborn or preemie size infant diapers and cut a small hole for the tail and cover with a diaper cover or puppy panties from the pet store.

| nope. actually, they wear those better than other clothes.. surprised me. they pick at some things like buttons on dresses and bows. but these had lace and bows on the butts and didn't bother 'em a bit.

| I was going to try that but the preemies were too big. I got panties for xxs 'teacup' and cut tiny squares from the kotex. I could get like 8 squares from one pad.... but when the girls get bigger that will be an excellent idea. I was worried that cutting the diaper would compromise the absorbency...good to know it will work...thanks!
