I was going to try that but the preemies were too big. I got panties for xxs 'teacup' and cut tiny squares from the kotex. I could get like 8 squares from one pad.... but when the girls get bigger that will be an excellent idea. I was worried that cutting the diaper would compromise the absorbency...good to know it will work...thanks!
