| placements I would turn cart wheels if someone offered to give my two old Yorkies a good home in a situations as this..forget the $500. I sure hope these older Yorks find a good home..shame on the owner for not making sure they are happy before she leaves. |

| I live in the L.A. area but I just had a baby this summer. I'd be happy to help where I can and will ask around my neighborhood. West Hollywood is small dog heaven... Sheila |

| That is AWESOME news! So glad they are staying together too. Would've been awful for them to lose their skin Mommy and each other all in one shot. At least they'll have each other in their new home. Hope their new Mommy takes good care of them. Thanks for the update

| I believe the neighbors are keeping them for "good". Of course, I hope they will be a good place for the pair of dogs. The owner said she will keep my number for reference, and in case things don't work out between the neighbors and the dogs, she will call me. If you like, you can email me your contact info, and in case the owner ever calls me again, i'll pass on your info to her. I hope these dogs get a good life.....sigh. |

| I dont understand how any one can have a dog 8-9 years then give it up. I know I couldent. They are like children. I hope they get to stay together. poor little things. Id love to have them both. But I live to far. |

| I am so glad to hear that this sounds like it will have a happy ending! I was so afraid that they would be split up and it's bad enough to lose your owner but to lose each other too would have been heartbreaking.

I know we have an old army base for sale here in Skagen - lots of barracks and lawns - perfect for a HUGE yorkie live-together. I'm in! Imagine what it would be like to have a house of your own, a shared house for gatherings and parties and lots and lots of room for yorkies and their fun
