Cheryl, I thought the same thing. She looked like she is just resigned to her life. If she had cried for the puppies I would have broken down I'm sure, but I wanted to get her out of there too. Heartbreaking.

I miss her very much. But I didn't want to risk her health getting her here. Mom said that she's already playing and barking. I hope mom doesn't get attached and I can have her back! She was calling her precious but I think I will go with Brandy for her name, too cute! Thanks for the suggestions.

If you didn't know, the litter did have 5. 2 girls and 3 boys. But she told me on the phone she had already sold 1 girl. Who knows how old she was when she was sold? Probably at 4 weeks. Poor babies. This nutjob needs to be stopped.

Brandy is a cute name!!! Since it's also a darker brownish drink it works so well!!!!

I'm happy you have your precious baby a name now. The pictures are so adorable and the one in the sweater is just too cute!!

It is so wonderful that you saved those sweet babies. But I can't help but to be sad about the mother still being there. I wish there was a way we could get her. Do you think if someone called and said they were a friend of yours and was interested in buying the mother for the right price? Then all of us could help chip in to buy her?? If I lived near there and had the money I would pay anything to get her out of that house and away from that well you know!! Please anyone that can let's try to get the mommy. I will help out anyway I can.

Hey guys, I hope we can get the mother out too. I would be willing to chip in some money and help with transportation if needed. If I find my little Thumper a home, I would gladly foster her until we can find her a new home. Just let us know what you find out and I will help in any way possible. Let's get her out of that home.

Yeah,, tell the owner,, your can keep your PET,,but can we pay to get her spayed,for you?? You can imagine that answer!
