I too am soooo envious of your ability to take your baby to outdoor restaurants. I never understood how in the world some places can allow it and others don't. Seems to me the city / county laws need to just be uniform everywhere in the states, so we can all have doggy cafes

My DH loves to cook and talks about opening a restaurant, I tell him we'll open a doggy cafe so I can see everyones doggies and he can cook

I am so grateful that I live in an area where you can bring your furbaby with you, especially when they are small breeds. We even have upscale outdoor malls and shopping centers now that cater to people like us in Texas. People who are rude are just jealous.
