I too am soooo envious of your ability to take your baby to outdoor restaurants. I never understood how in the world some places can allow it and others don't. Seems to me the city / county laws need to just be uniform everywhere in the states, so we can all have doggy cafes  My DH loves to cook and talks about opening a restaurant, I tell him we'll open a doggy cafe so I can see everyones doggies and he can cook  |
