bebeyorkie, I use the Merrick brand because I've read about their processing and how their dried, there is lots of variation in the safety of certain sticks. I've been really happy with Merrick brand, I usually get the 6 inch stick on eBay, and there are more expensive than other brands, but very hard, less moisture, so they last Joey a whole week. I think they help with his appetite, but mostly, I think they are great for the teeth.

| If she started her weight gain since you started NB it is probably becuz NB is extremely high protein in it!!! My dogs all gained too much weight on NB, although they loved it!!!
