YT 500 Club Member | Threw up.... I was just sitting here and a few minutes ago Snickers just out of now where threw up. Since it was just a few minutes ago should I take a picture for my vet? He seems fine to me, but I don't know what's going on internally. I'm pretty sure it's due to over eating, he thinks the cat is gonna eat his food, so he eats his food more often. He's still pretty skinny from when I got him, so the over eating could be the problem? Should I be looking for any other signs? We can get him into the vet tommorow or I'm pretty sure we can run over to our friends house since he is the vet we see. He doesn't act sick either.... Thanks in advance!

| Roxie will do that sometimes. If she overeats or eats fast. She has a very sensitive tummy though and I watch her most of the time to slow her down and watch her intake. Good luck.

| Samantha throws up regularly. I check it, and if it just looks like she ate too fast, I don't worry about it. Dogs do throw up. If it continues, I call the vet. 99% of the time, it is nothing. Good question, though. I used to call my friend who had experience with dogs every time it happened. That was after I quit calling the vet every time it happened in her puppyhood! |

| Roscoe has throwed up a few times out of the blue too. It seems like when he usually does it he has played outside and gotten too hot. I would just watch him. I hope he is ok!

| Apple throws up from time to time...If she eats something, before we walk, and pulls on her harness, she'll throw up...Sometimes, she may eat a bug, then throw up...Actually, I think these little ones have a built in safety system that causes them to throw up if their a little too full, or have something they shouldn't in their tummies...If you think about it, there's only a few inches between their throat and tummy lol...as long as your baby isn't thowing up to the point of thowing up bile, it's probably o.k... |

| Jackson has thrown up sometimes -- it just happens with dogs. He doesn't throw up regularly but sometimes if it's extra hot and he was playing outside a lot, or eating too much grass, or eating crap outside.... dogs will be dogs. I wouldn't take her into the vet unless it's continual throwing up and seems to be a big problem. I usually wait it out a day and the next morning, Jackson is always perfectly fine in the AM.
