| Yes, CoCoa B. swims in our pool, and he enjoys being in there with the family.

| Funny, this is actually the question I got on YT to ask! My Kayla is a big, sturdy girl (almost 13 pounds!), and I think she'll like the water eventually. We've been at the lake for the weekend, and yesterday she walked in a little bit. Then some waves started splashing and scared her, plus the neighbor's kids started trying to pet her - she's afraid of everything, including people, so that put her off as much as the waves. Still, I'm hoping maybe she'll acclimate to the water, as I've never had a dog that likes the water and I love it, and I'm at the lake alot during the summer. My chi mix hates the water, but she's really not built for it. You guys are giving me hope that Kayla may become a waterdog yet! |

| We got Amelia a life jacket and she knows she can't go in the pool without it ( stress it to her each time we swim because of the unfortunate drowning accidents I've read about here). If we say swimming she runs and drags her vest out for us to put on her. She LOVES to swim. http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a1...1/100_0345.jpg |

| Ben went to the beach for the first time last week. The water would come to him and he would run from it until it actually got all around him when he wasn't paying attention and he just froze with this look on his face like "what the heck is going on here?" What do you guys do to prepare for water? Do you put anything in your pet's ears? |
