| I'm assuming since Biewers are more rare that they are more expensive than yorkies?

| Biewers really aren't rare anymore and you can find them in all price ranges. You will find reputable breeders will sell them into pet homes so they can follow this breed at very reasonable prices. If someone is promoting rare (more $$$) then I would tell you to keep looking.

| I wouldn't describe Livi's coat as being "soft" to the touch....she's not cottony. If I had to say what hers feels like, I would say more silky than soft. I can't speak about other partis because Livi is the only one that I have ever seen face-to-face. |

I am fighting daily to keep my parti boy's coat intact! I "amthisclose" to cutting him down. Here are a few pics of his coat. Very beautiful to look at. But a major pain in the u know what keeping mat free and clean. I am keeping him in ponies to help keep the mats and knots in check.

So a parti is exactly the same as a Biewer, just it has a different name because it is AKC registered?

| In my experience with both breeds...the parti yorkie is more expensive then the Biewer, yet both of those cost more then the traditional colored yorkie.
