May I ask where you got your dog? Or your neighbor got their dog or your friend or mother , sister, brother, son or daughter?

I got my dog from a friend, who got him from a pet shop. Our family had pets from neighborhood kids who brought them around when people still did that. I know people who have gotten pets from breeders, rescues, and shelters. What does it matter? Any shelter/rescue charges adoption fees.

And if you think it's gonna stop here, think again. Everytime we give away a little bit of our freedom thinking it's no big deal it brings us a little closer to the kind of country that has no freedom at all. For me, that's not something I'm ready to give up.
