| I had the same thing happen to me once... my husbands pit bull puppy got a hold of my Pomeranian and almost killed her. We loaded her up and got rid of her the same day....I hated to but the vet told me once they had a taste of blood they will most likely kill again. I am sorry for your loss..my thoughts and prayers are with you.

YT 1000 Club Member | I'm so stunned to hear this. I've followed your threads and all of Stormy's progress. It's so unbelievable. The tears just welled up in my eyes and my heart is breaking for you. She was such a great little baby girl. Sending hugs and prayers your way.

Thanks I am doing okay, it was so hard to go to bed last night and wake up this morning without her hugs and kisses. It's hard to believe she is gone, for some reason though I still feel her presence here, it was probably just my ears playing tricks on me but I could of sworn I heard her little feet tapping on the floor last night when I went to bed, it sounded like she was coming in my room like always. About the other dog, my fiance just bought her in May. We have not decided what to do yet, as of right now I just don't want to think about what happen. My daughter is doing pretty well, she keeps asking if we can go to heaven and have Stormy come back because she loves her so much.

| Aw what a little sweetheart your daughter is. Just breaks my heart. Maybe you did hear Stormy and she was telling you she was still there with you.

| This just breaks my heart. I have literally sat here and cried for you! My sweet little stormy RIP. My ex boyfriend stepped on my last yorkie back in 2000 and killed her. I too had trouble with forgiveness with him and myself. I'm here if you need to talk...

| Thank you, that is just horrible what happen to you. I am doing alot better today. It hurts alot I have been trying to keep busy, I just miss her so much when I am doing something and I just remember how she would be at my feet, or licking my whole face and doing her little dance each morning. I just miss her so much she made me so happy I just feel so terrible like how could I let this happen to her, I am trying not to beat myself up too much but you can't help and feel guilty. I will definitely take you up on your offer to talk some time, I definitely don't have too many people to talk about it with and I can't help but want to talk about her all the time. |

| omg im so sorry to hear this. i cant imagine how bad your fiance feels. sounds like he did all he could to try to save her. this was tramatic for you all .and im sorry for your pain and anger .prayers to you all. stormy must not have suffered at all it was so quick im sure. how old is the dog that was playing so rough? and the only concern i have is rough play dont usually go for the throat so please continue to monitor the dogs behavior. espc.if you have children. |

This was just a scenario we thought "may" of happen. But she didn't have any marks on her and now I am not too sure that this is what may of happen, after going over what happen and where she was laying exactly in detail it seems that maybe my bully jumped off the couch and landed on her because she was on the floor, and she was left on the couch for that one min. We aren't 100% but the way my fiancee describes how she was when he picked her up it sounded a bit like when she had a seizure so I don't even know if maybe the dog just stressed/stunned her into a seizure, I dont know if its possible but just a though. As you can tell I have been thinking up all the possibilities in my head. But again she didn't have any marks on her or bleeding anywhere. I didn't really feel around for broken bones as I was just too devastated.
