| For anyone to read about my Yorkie meet up today I am not going to rewrite my post again but I would like people to READ the #951 post I just wrote on Yorkietalk.( Go to REGONAL , then Ohio then to people that live in Ohio #951 post.) I did not write the post because I was mad I just needed to let go of some very personal thoughts about meetups. Administration I appoligise if you think my post was way out of line but it has been building on me for 3 years. Please don't kick me out of Yorkietalk. I love being in this group. |

| I didn't think you were being angry or mad. I thought that you came across as someone who was hurt, that only one person showed up after all of the work you and your husband did, and the money that you spent for items for the lunch. I have never been to a meetup, they sound fun. Do you know inadvance how many people show up? Do they rsvp? It is sad that only one person came. But as you say, now you have a new friend. I can't imaging that admin would kick you out, as I have seen so much worse, from people who are still here and still talking lol.

| I can understand you being upset and there is nothing inappropriate so I see no reason you should be kicked off. Maybe you could try starting a free site and post ads in places like craigslist and of course on here. We have a local meetup group and the girl heading it up does this. She also got a groomer come to give us all a nail clipping demonstration and a photographer to do photos of our pups. Maybe you could plan some things like that? People are busy so I think sometimes you need to have 20 people sign up if you want to actually have 10. I'm sorry you were disappointed - wish you were closer and you could join us! |

| Here is a link to the thread she is talking about, might have to scroll to get to post #951. Sorry this happened. Very sad to put so much into it and have only one other Yorkie family attend. At least that was a positive meeting though! Sounds like you all became fast friends!
