I didn't think you were being angry or mad. I thought that you came across as someone who was hurt, that only one person showed up after all of the work you and your husband did, and the money that you spent for items for the lunch. I have never been to a meetup, they sound fun. Do you know inadvance how many people show up? Do they rsvp? It is sad that only one person came. But as you say, now you have a new friend. I can't imaging that admin would kick you out, as I have seen so much worse, from people who are still here and still talking lol.
