When you're in the "menu" of the forum you want, there is an icon button at the top left (dark blue) that says New Thread.

Click on that, fill in a title, and post away!

By the way, you won't see the icon I'm talking about while you are in someone else's thread...at least I don't think so. You have to be at the forum "menu"... I can't think of a better way to describe it. Hope this helps!

Well, I'm afraid that explanation was as clear as mud so let me try again.

You have to chose forums (icon under the title heading) at the top of the page.

Then you'll be on the forum listings page....that's what I've been calling a menu page.

From the forum listings page, you need to choose a forum since they represent different categories.

After you go to that screen, you will see the icon for New Thread.

Click that, type a title, and then post away. When you're ready to post it, click "submit." Voila!
