When you're in the "menu" of the forum you want, there is an icon button at the top left (dark blue) that says
New Thread.
Click on that, fill in a title, and post away!

By the way, you won't see the icon I'm talking about while you are in someone else's thread...at least I don't think so. You have to be at the forum "menu"... I can't think of a better way to describe it. Hope this helps!
