| Anyone's furbaby have finer/thinner fur? My Bailey's fur on his head is very fine/thin and looks greasy constantly. I need recommendations on a cleansing product more suitable for his fur type. I don't want to have to shampoo him every couple of days because he has dry skin Does anyone else's yorkie have a coat like this, if so what do you use on them?. Thanks for any info!

| Jemma's entire coat is like that, not just her head, lol. But it's not really greasy but it does look that way doesn't it. Jemma is 8 months now, it is straight but not long and feels like it just might be getting a little thicker. But it's so fine compared to looking at others. I use Milk Sheen

| Darlene my Brody has very fine hair and I use Royal Treatment it is from Italy and I buy it from HSN. I also use conditioner because his coat isn't as soft as the others and a leave in spray conditioner in between baths. He usually gets a bath every 7-10 days not because he gets oily but more because he gets stinky.

| Try what I use. "Yorkie Splash", it's amazing and made specifically for yorkies coats. Google it or go to Yorkies of Walnut Hills site. |

| I don't think you'll be sorry. It smells absolutly wonderful for at least a week. It's all natural. My breeder makes it by hand one gallon at a time. I give it two paws up |

YT 1000 Club Member | Roxie's thin too. She's a little over 2 now and it's thicker in spots then it used to be. Her pony-tails are never very thick but she has one! She's been on the oily side too, seems worse when the humidity is high. Still looking for a good shampoo. My sis in law is a groomer and is supposed to be sending me some stuff to try.

| My little girl Cassi has very fine silky hair and I've been using Petsilk shampoo during the summer (and Tropic Clean or HyLyt for the winter). When I bath her, I just shampoo the head and no condition...this has helped. As for the dry skin issue you may want to consider getting Ark Natural Royal Coat, it's fish oil that you put in the food and you should see some results in a few weeks. Also in between baths when she gets a little oily looking I just use a warm wash cloth to wipe her face and head.
