My little girl Cassi has very fine silky hair and I've been using Petsilk shampoo during the summer (and Tropic Clean or HyLyt for the winter). When I bath her, I just shampoo the head and no condition...this has helped. As for the dry skin issue you may want to consider getting Ark Natural Royal Coat, it's fish oil that you put in the food and you should see some results in a few weeks. Also in between baths when she gets a little oily looking I just use a warm wash cloth to wipe her face and head.
