I have a puphead and it works the very same way. I also use pee pads under the grass and change them daily. It's been a godsend for us. Especially during our harsh winters.

I am thinking of getting one for Pixie who refuses to use pee pads and will either go outside on grass when she feels like it or on the bathroom throw rug. I read some reviews and it said they were very delayed in shipping them out many people never got them so I have been afraid to order. But if people on here are getting them then I may take my chances.

Yes I read them too, but I also read why the company took so long (early stages of production, etc...)

I ordered one and it took approx. 3 weeks

This is the one we are all talking about. With shipping it comes to just under $50 and it is made pretty well, def. worth the lower cost than the other kinds

OMG I'm looking at the different sites you guys posted and all of a sudden
a male voice is yelling about the potty patch I had no idea where the
voice was coming from and my co-workers are looking at me.
The volume was turned up on my speakers from the MIS worker
who was working on my computer earlier.
I am soooooo red.

I just did not see anyone who posted that they were using this brand, may have missed it. I saw you had made one, had the doggie pottie. another had the puphead and someone else had another....It just seems like there is such a drastic difference in price from $40 to $149 and some even more! $40 is a fair price for it but if the grass is not as good, drainage not as good, or something like that I did not want to order it. I almost hate to mess with a good thing with the pee pads. They are all pretty good about using them when I'm gone. Only Ben has the new marking thing going on and I don't think a pee patch will stop that. I do think the potty patch (or other brand) looks better than the old pee pads laying on the carpet.

I'm sorry to laugh, Carol, but I can't help it. I am picturing a quiet, efficient office with everyone looking hard at work and then the booming voice advertising the Potty Patch! And you are busted! LOL!

I do agree with you

The doggie potty is by far better then the one I made and better than the potty patch. BUT it is alot of money. The grass I bought for my homemade one is the same as the potty patch. Living in NY, I can only use this system during Spring/Summer/Fall, as I hose the hell out of the grass 1x a week and let dry outside in the sun. In the winter, it's too much of a pain, so I just stick with the pee pads.

I like the grass for a couple of reasons. We have dark hard wood floors and using the grass keeps the paws from getting wet and then I don't have to worry about the pee paw prints all over the place. I also have occasional poop eaters, and the grass sorts "hides" the poop so it does deter the nasty habit. And Roxy is a BIG time marker. The grass inside the house is a PURE DELIGHT for Roxy, she LOVE to pee and poop on it, and I do notice less random pee spots around my house

P.S. I didn't mean to come off sounding rude about this brand, it's just that the title of this thread is Potty Patch, so I thought we all knew what we were talking about (LOL)
