Im glad you let her have it. Sorry dad but she had it comming. Who does she think she is to make those types of remarks about your baby. That kind of crap really burns me up On the 4th I had a simular problem with people calling my Jada a water rat I somehow think she understood what they were saying because she curled up in my lap and looked pretty sadSome people dont know when to keep quiet

Sooo we had to go, anyhow while we were there her kitten was trying to play with Pixie and Pixie didn't want anything to do with the kitten... she didn't growl, bark or anything she just got in my lap and ignored her. Well then his friend starts saying that my dog doesn't act like a dog and that I spoil her to much...and that she isn't normal... I was like wtf. I was beyond mad and just walked outside.. she walked out there and I let her have it. Now my dad is upset because he thinks that I over reacted... I said Im sorry if I upset you dad, but she had picked on me all day and I had enough.... so do you think I was wrong for defending myself and Pixie?

I have had several similar situations and I have just blown them off but also put my own spin on it... such as them wearing clothes I will just be smart back to them- like oh you like the design. I think it is awful how she was acting and I would have said something much sooner!

She is his girlfriend... they have been dating for about 3 years. I have tried to be nice to her, because she does make him happy. But she has done this a lot.. but usually it is a little remark and shes done but this time she just wouldn't shut up about it... now her newest thing is a doggie stroller... I said I want one and it was like war world three..lol Needless to say it has put a strain on me going over there (when shes there) they don't live together thankfully. Im sure it will eventually happen.

wow I have had that one alot.. not by this person but some other people.. I am like well she her butt is prettier than your sunday face. ha they are really quiet then lol...

thanks for all the encouragement.. I didnt think I was wrong. I tried my hardest to be quiet but she was determined to get some kind or response and well she got it. Glad Im not the only one who would have said something...thanks!!
