I am very happy for you ! thank goodness this had a happy ending :) your son looks so cute with your new addition! i was very concerned having the two of you go to a complete strangers home , however taing anther person with you was better then only the 2 of you.

Such a wonderful thing to see so many people concerned for another human being. I worked for 14 years as a Physical Assessment nurse at our county jail...so it is understandable that people would worry about someone going to an unknown house. Yes, there are many strange souls out there as well as kind people. Can never be too careful.
So very happy that all turned out well and two little munchkins will be cared for and loved.
They may not be fixed and were used for breeding so as one of you mentioned, they should be neutered if you don't want any grandchildren. They also could be siblings.

Thank you, Most time I keep my mouth shut but I just couldn't this time. The breeder I got my Friday from was hospitalized for a few months and when she came home she had to rehome a majority of her dogs. Sometimes things happen that are way beyond anyones control. I am just glad the OP didn't let negative posts keep her from giving those two a wonderful home.

Yep same thing happened to a Breeder I know she was in the hospital for 3 weeks and hers all had to be rehomed. Things happen and its sad. but I dont understand why people try to make everything so negative .
This poster was safe and came home with 2 Free Yorkies witch are both Healthy. Shes so Lucky.

In every decision we make, there are pros and cons, informing someone of the "negatives" of a situation shouldn't be viewed as a "negative" post. I don't think people were criticizing her decision, as much as agreeing with some of her own conclusions.She had said herself; she was worried it was a scam, and added, she would "check them out, get vet info, and then if i do get any obviously have me vet check them out as well." She also, asked, if "I am being dumb or would you guys want to go take a look too?"

We answered what we thought was good information and we are criticized for being negative. If I ask a question, I still want to hear both pros and cons. Glad the doggies have found a new home. They are both adorable!

I agree Nancy!! I for one gave the same advise I would give my daughter if she were going out to look for a dog. I didn't mention everything because so much good advise already had been given. "Buyer Beware" and "Better to Be Safe than Sorry' has been good advise for hundreds of years and that's what we were giving in so many words. The puppies are cute and I hope it works out well for you.

Yes, both of my gf got a min pin each both males, actually one got the father, one got a son, as with mine, theirs too are healthy and happy. Thnx for asking! :D

Nancy I totally understand that part but to have some people make negative comment with every post they made and then when the OP posted pics of the dogs she got and updated us on what happened , these same people didn't even bother a i'm glad things turned out well for you. That is why i said what I said. There were alot of people that did give their opinions but they also gave congrats to. I am in no way criticizing you as it wasn't directed at you and I am sorry if you thought it was. I know most mean well with their advice but like I said not everyone is out to do you wrong. There are still some nice people out there.

I don't know exactly how many she had total, when we got there a woman came with her daughter and chose 1 female. So that left 1 female, (the one I got) and 2 males. I would have brought home the other male as well, but I knew hubby was being so nice to let me bring 2 home- I didnt want to push it with 3. I recall her saying something about 7 yorkies and 4 or 5 min pins though, plus who knows how many people showed up before I did. No, I didn't get to see the inside of her house-they were brought out from there into x-pens. Yes, my gf's got a min pin each and they were just as healthy- one is a fatty though! LOL. Yes, I do have other dogs-my yorkie Holly, and my hubby has a Doberman-Bella. They are all doing really good. I was surprised-I thought they might get freaked out with dh's dobie, but they started playing right away. The only thing I am having to deal with right now is the male marking his territory (ugh) I remember this when I had Prince before he passed. I had a belly band, but a few months ago I gave it to our librarians daughter for her male yorkie. (Didn't think I would be getting another male especially so soon) So I need to find another one somewhere. LOL. But yeah other than that everything is going good!

I didn't think it was critical of me specifically, but of all those who gave any type of warning. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but you seem to be saying, that if we give a warning we most also, post congratulations, or people will consider us rude? Maybe some haven't posted because they've been busy, or didn't think a congratulatory post was as important as a warning post. She was getting lots of well wishes posts, I didn't think mine would be missed, or felt the need to add it, it didn't mean I wasn't happy for her! Gosh, I didn't even realize people noticed, if I didn't post back on threads. I'm just saying that we should give members the benefit of the doubt, and believe they are happy, about a happy ending.
