| We got a black Morkie puppy a couple of months ago and he hasn't changed yet. But I wonder, since a Yorkie is tan and blue and a Maltese is white, how does a Morkie end up being black?  |

| I am new and just looking around and just got another Morkie a month ago and she is also all black with just a little white on her chin and chest and two toes on one foot and three toes on the other back leg, and was wondering the same how did she get to be black. That is a good answer, I didn't know that Yorkies were born black. |
