Can you foster her, until the right home is found? Hopefully one that will wean her from her sister gradually and schedule future playdates. She must be terribly stressed being moved back and forth. Poor thing.

I feel so bad for you. I totally understand. I adopted CoCo from a rescue, she was also there with her sister, both are puppymill survivors and 2.5 years old. I picked CoCo because she was more outgoing and every day since I wished that I would have taken her sister too. Good luck, I know it's a hard decision.

Is it possible that by having the two sisters together you may not have to put so much work into London? Maybe she's missing her sister and is just feeling a little lost. If I could, I would come and get her.
