| ![]() I love my babies floppy ears. Ginger's are REALLY floppy, Bernies have a little more "alertness" to them, if that makes any sense. I nearly had a heart attack worrying about Ginger's ears when she was little. Thank goodness I gained some perspective. Judy, your little girl is such a cutie! Congrats! Emme's a cutie too. Love the long hair on her ears and her coloring!

| ![]() I hear ya!! I love both my boys floppy ears and don't care that they never stoop up. Deegan has perfectly flopped over ears - and they were never taped - absolutely perfect. Trooper has one ear that flops and one that is half and half. It gives them character and I love to see them do their bouncey walk and see their ear bounce too!! Too cute!

| ![]() Our first Yorkie had floppy ears. When she went to the bridge and we decided to get Willow, we really wanted her ears to be floppy too .... instead, as she grew, they went completely the other way and are huge!! ![]() ![]()

| ![]() Hi, I'm a new Yorkie mom. My puppy is 13 weeks old and I am taking her for her first haircut Friday. Both of her ears were standing up at about 9 weeks, then one flopped. I taped her ear for two days (the tape didn't seem to bother her a bit) and the ear stood back up. Now the opposite ear has flopped down. She looks cute, but I am hoping that after her ears are trimmed, both ears will stand up. She looks more alert with her ears up, I think. |

| ![]() Aww My Mia has the floppy ears too. She is 9 months now and I was told that once I trim the hair on them they will stand up but I'm afraid to do that. |

| ![]() My Baron has 1 ear that is 1/2 up and the other is 3/4 up. He was 6 months when I got him and the breeder never bothered to train his ears. My newest Sophie Kennedy has both of her ears that flop all the way down. She has the most adorable little round body and face. They just seem to suit her. Baron is sort of a "Spaz Monkey" and having funny ears goes with his quirky little personality!!! I love the floppy ears they look so cute... ![]()

| ![]() I have a puppy mill girl and her ears are down. She can put them up if she wants to, so I think when she was a puppy if anyone was their to take care of her she would have had ears that stood up. But Max has one of each 1 up and 1 down. People tell me they love it. I don't care I love them up or down. The only thing that bugs me because of their ears laying down people don't know that they are yorkies. ![]() Your baby is very beautiful!!!! ![]()

Aww how sweet! My Teddy has ears like your baby on the right in your picture! I think the floppy ears give them personality! I am still curious as to why all of a sudden they started to flop but I love him dearly no matter what!!!
