| Oh no YT addict .. that is really sad. I bet your sister felt awful Uggh and on her birthday. Losing your Dad is a tremendous loss no matter what day it falls on but an extra bite to it being on her birthday. I am sorry for your loss.. the year 2000 was a bad year for us too. My Dad was white as the page on your computer when he had his quadruple bypass. He definitely wasn't going to make it and his recovery was NOT as easy as we expected. He had pain in his ribs, chest .. area for a LONG time. Just didn't bounce right back. It was right at Christmas. That surgery has given him another decade of life. My sister doesn't feel like this Aortic valve replacement is ever going to happen. Reading all your posts .. wow, it's hard. My own daughter keeps saying.. I wanna go now I don't want to see him on his last leg and other comments. She says *this might be the last time I see him* She is bringing my grandson 2 months old so he will be able to see him. I keep telling her .. to remember this is my DAD you are talking about. I can't explain it.. it is HARD to hear her comments. I guess I am in more denial than I think I am. I just don't like people to make those comments about my Father To me his is always this strong big man who is always there, taking care of things. My parents have been married for 55 years! I am going to make sure I tell him he is the very BEST father a girl could have EVER had! I can't handle thinking of these things |
