| Great first night! ? about eating Kiaras first night was great. I have her in a playpen next to my bed. I got her one of those stuffed puppies that have a Heartbeat so she just snuggled it and went to sleep. I kept checking on her and she was fast asleep. I woke her up at 1am and she just laid down on the pee pad so i put her back in her bed and she went back to sleep. she woke me at 3 so I took her to her pad and she did both (we had a little problem with poo sticking to her bum) so we got cleaned up and and snuggled into a blankie and back to sleep (in her bed) I woke up at 6:15 and looked over at her. she was just sitting there looking at me. So she started wiggling her little butt so I picked her up and into bed with me she came. we snuggled for a little bit and came down for Breakfast. So I gave her, Her breakfast and so wanted nothing to do with it. I got her to eat a little bit last night after we brought her home. She is drinking her water. So I gave her 1/2 tsp of nutrical (she's 2lbs 3 Oz) How much kibble should she be eating? Thank You everyone for your help |

| She sounds lovely. Mika doesn't eat 1st thing, he has a runaround and maybe has something to eat an hour later. He is 7mths. Not sure on how much to feed her. Is there a guide on the food bag? I feed Mika 75g and he is 7.5lbs.

| When Jemma came home at 2 pounds. She ate 1/4 cup thru the day. Sometimes less. She is now (6.5 months,) eats about 1/2, maybe a little more, cup a day. She just celebrated her 4 pound mark. It does depend on their age and weight. Hope this helps a little. right now free feed her. You might have to hand feed her for now because this is all new for her. Make sure if you are giving her food other than what the breeder gave you, that you don't start her on the new food right away. It has to be done slowing. 3/4 her old food mixed with 1/4th food new. 3 days. Then 50-50 for 3 days and saw on. If you see her stools getting too loose, back up and continue for a few more days before adding more new food. It's early and I'm waiting for coffee so my thoughts are still scrambled. Congrats on your little one. Sounds like such joy!! Carol and Jemma |
