| Duke and I have been in 2 apts in the last 2 years. He does great without having a yard, I'm sure it would be nice but we do take daily walk when its nice out and play catch also in the apt. We also go to the dog park when we can. About the barking, Duke is also a barker but while inside, he only barks when there are new or strange noises outside. At first, he barked when neighbors would come to their door ( our doors are pretty much next to each other) but he just sniff the door now. Duke has been trained on the pad (90% of the time ) so staying home while I'm at work has been working out good for us. Good luck...

| I live in a condo with my lil one and its great! She's potty trained for both pee pads and outside. She uses the pee pad during the day while Im at work and then goes outside when we're on our daily walks. You and your lil one should be just fine

| It definitely didn’t come overnight; it takes a lot of hard work. We’re still working on it everyday! I praise her when she goes potty on the pad and praise her when she goes outside. The key is to be consistent! Also, when I’m home I take away the pad and she has to let me know when she needs to go. Hope everything works out for you and your lil one

I found potty training to be the most challenging part of having a puppy more than the biting For an 11wk old, you will definitely need to take him to the pad every few hours or to the grass. Be consistent and praise with food and he will pick it up fast. Good Luck!

| I will be moving into an appt. in Sept. and the one thing i'm worried about is how Bailey's barking will disturb the other neighbors. He is 100% piddle pad trained and I feel doesn't need a yard b/c he's small enough to run around and around and around .

| I live in a townhouse, I have no private yard, but I have lots of grounds and even a couple smallish fields to bring my boys to. I really REALLY wish there was a fenced in dog area for the dogs to run around in, like a doggy park on site. Sooo many people have dogs here that it would really be great if we could socialize them. Wow, this is the first time I have thought about this. I wonder if they'd go for it. hhhhmm Anyways, its not bad to not have a yard but I would definately at least need some grassy areas to walk them in the mornings and night.

| Lovin our townhouse!!! We are currently stuck in a townhouse while building our new house it is not as much space as we are used to but it does work and we have a park at the end our street so that helps a lot with the furbutts and the human kid!!!

| We live in a 2 bedroom condo - Rocky is all set up with his Wiz Dog indoor potty in the shower in one of the bathrooms. It works well. He loves to go out on the balcony, and we take him out to get access to grass a lot too. I think he would like a yard but he does just fine. I think my condo only allows one dog, but two cats. Some cats are bigger than my Yorkie so I think I should be allowed two Yorkies!

| I wanted to thank all of you for your replies For an update - I looked at tons of condos and houses and finally settled on a 925 square foot, top floor, corner condo! It was a three bedroom, but the previous owners knocked down the wall to the third bedroom to make a larger living room. There is more than enough room for Layla and I, and I'm hoping she will make the transition easily! We move in on August 1st
