| WARNING! Do not use this vet!!! To all YT members, if you care about your babies in any way do NOT leave your dogs with the people at Animal Clinic East on GunBarrel Rd in Chattanooga TN. My family and I were going on a cruise and we had no one to leave my yorkie Cookie with. Down the road there was this very large very clean animal clinic that had reasonable boarding rates so it seemed logical to leave Cookie with them. She needed some shots so they promised to give them to her while she was staying with them. When we returned it was to a horrifying sight. Cookie was dehydrated, very sick and had lost a ton of weight! She was so thin she could barely walk around! It was awful, she had such bad diarrea that she couldn't eat normal food. And not only that, when I got the bill for her stay I found out that they had given her all of her shots at once on the LAST day of her stay!!! It took me a week of TLC before Cookie was able to eat normally again. I'm happy to say that Cookie is perfectly fine now but it certainly wasn't from any of THEIR help. I called to complain but they wouldn't listen or help. They ended up overcharging me and refusing to give me straight answers as to what happened with my dog. All I can say is never again!

| I'm so sorry to hear this what the heck is wrong with people and Clinics. I sure hope you didn't pay them, if they are supposely an Animal Clinic yr baby shld've come out like that. I wld have demanded answers and if they demand money for almost killing yr baby forget it - sue me, let see what happen if the Animal Clinic gets a bad press release...Also it amazing how YouTube and Facebook can damage a business.

| I am so sorry Cookie and you went threw that. I have to be honest and say that when I had a German Shepard I boarded him with our vet on a weekly basis. Maybe twice a year at most. Each time he looked terrible when we returned. He would not eat and also became dehydrated. After a couple of days he would be eating and back to normal. It wasn't the vet's fault it was because he missed his family and was moarning us. It was awful but I had to go visit family at least once or twice a year. There was no one else to leave Pepper with. I loved my vet and I know it was not her. As far as the shots go so many vet's do give all at once unless you tell them not too. Buddy get's all his at once but last year he got sick so now this will change. I am glad Cookie is doing well now. I am sure Cookie was depressed missing you unless you can prove otherwise. |

Yorkie Yakker | makes me think ! Im all new at being a Daddy...and your experience has been an awakening.... I know that one day I may have to do the same thing should I go away.
