I think she looks more yorkie than anything. Whatever else she may be, she is adorable.

Hi there,
I went back and looked at your little pup's picture a couple of times. IMO, she certainly has Yorkie in her! A lot of yorkie ! Her ears, face, body, coloring, size. And it is decieving because for one her hair is short, and number 2 she is young. But, a young Yorkie pup is normally black and tan.
She is adorable though, and i am so happy you guys found her. PLease stay on YT! I'd love to see more Pictures of her as she gets older.
When My Suzi had a very short clip, some people would think that she kind of looked like a Schnauzer. Because she had a lot of the silver blue coloring . Even though Suzi is real small. Some Yorkies are silver blue. I was surprised that underneath that was her coloring, when she was still less then a yr old. Her hair is growing back now , and is very pretty. Underneath her chin area she has the tan though.
Suzi is a pure bred Yorkie.

Hello everyone.... Sorry I have been missing in action from responding. We are busy packing and moving and DH thinks I should be devoting all my time to that and not to YT... He is soooo silly!

Thank you so very much for the kind responses. We are here to stay at YT and look forward to getting more involved once we get settled in Denver. I'll be there permantely June 1st. I'm so excited!

I will keep updating Lucy's pictures and will try to get some with better lighting too. She moves so fast that most are just blurry still. I'm sure it is user error as far as the camera goes...lol....

Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

The first time I had Trevor groomed....oh my gosh....he looked just like a schnauzer from the way he was cut.....now his hair is growing back, he has the gray like a Yorkie, but the coat is soft, wavy, and cottony, like a malteze.

I agree that it sounds like she was dumped there. It's so sad to think that someone could that to such a defenseless little baby. You're an angel for taking her in. Lucy's a dollbaby. The look in her eyes as she's looking at you is filled with such admiration and love. You are her hero! I agree that she looks like a Yorkie /Schnauzer mix. What a heartwarming story!!! Thanks for sharing.
