| $500 Proposition to anyone!! I will pay anyone.. and I mean anyone... $500 to potty train Wookie. Here are the terms 1. you come live with me, on your own expense (food, etc.) 2. you have two weeks 3. If you don't fulfill the task to my liking, then no money for you 4. Must be a YT Donating Addict any takers? Last edited by Dena; 09-13-2005 at 04:26 PM. |

| I just redecorated our guest bedroom, does that count?? Also, watch out for the dining room rug, this is Schatzie's favorite spot.

| $1000? Yorkies are welcomed, as long as they are helping with the potty training process. And I have recently started crate training Wookie, which is a whole nother thread. LoL But my problem is.... Wookie knows the "go potty" command on the pad... he knows he gets a treat, because he goes rigth to where he usually gets it and hes got his tail waggin' like crazy for it. but he wont go to the pad by himself!!!! anndd If i take him outside, he will pee like 8 times (mark/pee). Then when we get inside after like an hr of being outside, he goes again inside!!!!!! He doesnt know the "go potty" command outside. The amount might increase to $1000!!! |

| We are so fortunate... Somehow we were blessed with purchasing a dog a few years into his life - who was potty trained! When we bought him the owner wasn't willing to divulge many details as to his training - but aside from the initial "Hey - this is a new place, let me pee to let them know I live here" marking we haven't had any troubles! Well, Chewie is crated during the day (while we are at work), and then we go for lots of walks around the block... One before work, One after work, Sometimes One after dinner, and One before bed... While he doesn't "go on command" he HAS picked up on the fact that his morning walk is BRISK and that he needs to go quickly! (Otherwise his eyeballs will be floating all day!) Good luck - wish we were up for the 500$ challenge. But Chewie, John, and I have to stay put here! -Christina |

| I feel your pain Dena. We have good days and bad days. I just thank heavens that they are little with little messes but still get frustrated especially when he goes outside and then I still find surprises on my carpet shortly after bringing him back inside...AARGH!!
