| omg! i am so sorry that bogey got kicked... i can't imagine how upsetting it was for you to witness that. i am wondering in a case like that, what can you do within the legal limit? are you allowed to kick him and throw him back a few feet and have him land under the table or what? (seriously, what can you do if someone kicked your dog) sue them? gosh, he is such an idiot, and an a$$hole. i am so sorry this happened, i hope bogey is doing ok now. (and i hope you are feeling better as well) |

and your post also reminded me of an article that i read a year ago. it was about a couple who drove their dog to a place to dump him. they just dropped off the dog there and disappeared. the people who live there say that the dog goes back to the place he was dropped off every single day, waiting for his owners. some people try to take the dog in, but the dog just wanted to wait for his mom and dad. it's so sad, i can't believe how cruel people can be.

| Good grief Jodi! I am just reading this. I agree with the others about this guy, He is trouble with a capital T. He is now a time-bomb just waiting to go off. Please be careful of this guy. No wonder the kids don't sleep with all that fighting. Even if they don't hit their kids now, they will eventually, the kids sense all the hostility in the house. They are victims now even if they have not been hit. I know you will watch over your dogs even more closely now, I am so sorry for you to have to go thru this with this ass. You did the right thing by not becoming violent yourself, this keeps you as the victim if this ever escalates to envolve the police. Take care. Let's all think a hex on this moron. Charlotte |

At that point is when my husband dragged me away from him because I was just about ready to pounce onto his back!

| Also I think I would have a fence in yard I would be so afraid when Bogey might see him he might still go to him.. I was just wondering if they let the kids sleep all day then when they need to go to bed they can't sleep ...or there so intense from them agruing so much ... Also I was thinking my grandson has to take a sleeping pill everynight just so his mind would let him sleep Doctor had to subscribe it for him and my granddaughter also they have adhd the don't stop except with meds it helps |

| I agree with getting a fence, and I would definetly let the ASPCA what he did, and see if they can help you.

As for the wife, will she probably is just going to support her man 100% all the way. Nothing you can do about that. She wants to be abused like that, and keep have babies with a crazy Mother****er, that her buisness. I'd really try to stay out of that crap. And protect your family and pets from that mean ass crazy man next door . How is your Boegy? I was scared of internal injuries. Nobody has the right to be violent towards your one of your yorkies ever! There is never any justification for this! I hope Boegy is ok. Cathy

Your husband is far calmer than mine, because mine wouldn't have heled me back, as a matter of fact, he would have joined me! How dare that a** kick Bogey!!!!!!!!!! And then to try to JUSTIFY kicking a little 8# dog??????? I am so sorry this happened. I hope it hasn't set Bogey back with all the love he has learned that he deserves from people. Sheila

| Donating YT 1000 Club Member | I love my 4 foot chain link fence, as a rule I hate the 6 foot block and especially the wood fences. But I'd have a 6 foot privacy fence installed ASAP. To protect your little ones and not have to look at him!

| Reading this gets me so mad!!!!!!!!! He has no reason to kick your poor baby! I would have kicked him where it hurts! Tell him never to come bak to your house and that he is not welcomed. You should have told him if I hear you fight with your wife one more time I will call the cops lol. Poor baby flew 4 feet when all he wanted to do is greet him. How hurt you must have been knowing he was abandoned on the road. Hurts my heart to know. If anyone hurt my baby I would get furious. We all feel for you

I am so glad to read this, as this is what would have happened at our house. We try to keep peace and get along with neighbors and so far it's worked. Words are words/sticks and stones. BUT hubby will no longer be "nice guy" if anyone touches his wife and/or kids. Now that we have our little rescue Yorkie that has daddy wrapped around her tiny little paw nobody better ever touch her either. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

I understand about ADHD, my 2 oldest boys who are 20 and 22 yrs old both had this growing up as well. It can be hard to deal with but I have to say that they are both college students and hold jobs so it is totally possible to work through. Quote:

As for the wife she is doing the yelling at the kids. He's actually pretty calm with the kids but when she yells at him he yells back at her. The fighting and yelling that goes on in the house is either her screaming at the kids or the two of them fighting with each other about the kids. I've been thinking about this all day and now wonder if maybe it might be the medicine that she is taking because she is pregnant. The oldest is 2 and was born at 23 weeks because she has a clotting disorder. She has pretty much been pregnant since then and taking this drug and is always complaining it doesn't make her feel good. Some medicine have horrible side effects and I'm wondering if that might be the case with her wild mood swings and crazy behavior? Which of course has NOTHING to do with what he did to my Bogey! I am not really worried about my kids and the neighbor. My oldest is 22 yrs old 6' 5" 300 lb former HS football player/wrestler. My other son is 20 yrs old and competes in Jujutzu tournements. I'm pretty sure they can take care of themselves. As a matter of fact, the 22 yr old was in bed with the stomach flu and when he heard me crying his response was "I'll take care of him Mom once I stop being so sick" My 14 yr old daughter is just like her momma Man I wish he would have tried that on Pebbles because she is like momma too. She would still be hanging be his calf and mad as he!!
