| Your lost angel What some people do to animals is absolutely unbelievable (in a bad way). I do want to say don't give up if God wants her back to you she will show up or you will hear of her fate. Even if it is not good you will know to keep looking for her or let her go to Rainbow Bridge. I do want to give you a story or hope however.....I lost a poodle that was my grandfathers that was 17 yrs old. This was a dog that did not leave my grandfathers lap and to say spoiled was a understatement. He had never been been outside by himself. Shortly after my grandfathers death and the dog came to me... he was startled by my younger son and bolted. I mean he was GONE OUT THE DOOR! I was heartbroken, freaked out, couldn't sleep you name it. I looked for this dog and combed the country town I lived in for OVER A MONTH straight. All I could think of was some animal getting this pampered pooch and killing him or him starving to death out there alone. I went to the newspaper and had them write an article about my plight, offered a reward in the newspaper. It worked. Workman that were working on a new housing development had remembered seeing a white poodle that was very scared, they were leaving food for him (thank god) and after 6 men & I chased him down and caught him he was back home safe and sound. He was bang up and scraggly but unharmed. I guess what I am trying to say is bless you for your tender heart for this precious animal. Think of every way possible to get the word out to see if you can find her again. Thank God for people like you and your boyfriend AND DON'T GIVE UP! If I had given up my grandfathers poodle I know would have died out there alone........ good Luck ! Rizzo's mom |
