| I have a Silky and A Yorki, they will go up and down the outside stairs, (Thank God), there real wide stairs and low, only three of them. But, to go to the basement or anywhere else, FORGET it! I asked the VET, she said for some reason, some dogs just don't like stairs. |

| Noelle will only go up the stairs, too, not down. I liked it better when she wouldn't go up either. She goes upstairs, sees there are no kids there and then wines until we go up to get her. |

| My girls will both go up stairs, but never down (unless it is only one stair). They both did fall down the stairs when they were pups, though - so there is trauma memory for both of them. I actually like the fact they don't go downstairs, as I always know where they are/aren't!!!!!
