| Oh how my heart is breaking for you. But I also can't imagine how your son is feeling. I would worry a little about him. How old is he? Getting another dog has got to be your own decision. You're in mourning and it is so hard to even think at this point. Go slow, take your time and your answer will come when it is ready. God Bless |

I always assumed that dogs were excellent swimmers, but never realized that they might not know how to get out of the water on their own.
