I know! And in the first add the yorkie was female, how does that happen! And they were in UT and now they are in CA!! Sick people!! |
It is sad how people will prey upon people who 1. want a yorkie, and 2. want to rescue a dog. It is a dilemma with me as well. I feel bad when I see the rescue dogs at Petsmart and from the animal shelters that I paid so much money for my dogs...but I have the peace of mind that I know where they came from, what their history is, and the only behavior issues they may have are from the environment I am providing (I gotta figure out why Miss Pippa suddenly barks at all strangers, now....where is Cesar Milan????LOL). |
yorkie rescue Have you tried Yorkshire Terrier National Rescue - they are very honest about their needs, age and health. They come up to date on their shots and usually have had a dental cleaning. The adoption fee is usually $150 to $300. |

The ad was still there today, so I have e-mailed to puppyfind support to alert them to the scam. We'll see if that gets a response. |

I have never had a dog shipped, in fact, to get my little stud dog, Peppy, home, I went to HUGE GIAGANTIC costs and extremes. Due to the circumstances involved, I had hubby take a day of vacation, fly from Georgia to Washington (we purchased a SAME DAY ticket) drive 4 1/2 hours and pick up my precious Peppy and fly him back in the cabin safe and secure under hubby's seat with hubby's big toe for company. |
....and more importantly, GOOD LUCK in finding a new furchild. Hope all goes well. Can't wait to see pics. |
Farrah, if you wind up looking for a puppy, I know a breeder in SC who is very honest and reliable. His puppies are very healthy and are reasonably priced. He does not advertise so if you are interested, pm me and I will give you his info. I think he might have some pups ready in the near future. again, good luck in your search. |

but it was my toe. Not a peep from her and she acted like she had been with me her whole 3 years of life. She is still so good that way - I can take her anywhere and she is happy...............................oh, I forgot not where kids have bb guns. I know she's never been hit but she is so frightened. I hate those things. Crystal and I should write a letter to ban them. |
Way to go, Joan, you are MY kinda gal. Hope Crystal gets over her fear of bb guns..... My little Peppy is quite the little man about town as well. Unless it is strictly forbidden, he goes to all of the horse sales, and events and usually he gets more attention than the horses. It is so very cute to see the little 3 lb. dude puffing up and fussing at the horses!!!!! We are gently teaching him to be a quite little dude -- it helps when you smuggle them into nono places!!! LOL |
I know I have said this many times before, but thanks again to all of my friends here at YT!! You guys are such a wonderful support system! I called Zeus' breeder yesterday and she is expecting a litter next week. So, I am pretty certain that Zeus' little sister will coming from her, even though it is really his neice (sister dog is the mother of the pups). We are very excited and I will keep you all updated!! :) |
Farrah, congratulations!!!! You will have to start a "countdown" thread to keep us updated on how long it will be before your new baby will be born, and then home. Countdowns are so much fun!!! |
