ITA! This is why I just posted "wow" in my response. I was baffled, and wanted to say all the things being said here, but at the same time I didn't want to stir the pot. I don't think the OP has any right to be posting on here passing judgement on other pet owners.

I have to tell you that I have a little girl "Bella" who is only 3.5 lbs also and no one is allowed to come around her when she eats and she also is the boss of the whole house. Some people could say she is attacking my other dogs but she is just showing them who is boss...I would take Emma in a heartbeat and if the OP really cared about her she would turn her over to rescue instead of trying to recoup her $$$. If the OP cared she could easily keep the dogs separated by a x-pen until she found the right home. The OP has many very expense birds kept at her home which could really scare this little girl and make her very jumpy in this home environment...the smaller they are the tougher they think they are...or they are reacting to everything with a fear aggression..hard to say.

I am also surprised there is not a hugh outcry on someone breeding a 3.5lb Yorkie. Wrong, Wrong, Wrong.

Not to sound mean, but, why would you allow this kind of behavior? I have 4 inside dogs, and all 4 eat out of the same bowl. I would never allow any of my dogs to be boss in my house. In my house, I'm boss

Must be because of this whole multi thread drama that's been going on since last week. I sure hope Emma finds her way to a forever home - it stinks that we don't get an ending to the story.

The ad that I have posted to rehome Emma CLEARLY states that she's not good with children or other dogs and will be spayed before placement. So how is that being irresponsible? I don't get it. If I can't spay her while pursuing the breeder, she'll be placed in capable hands to foster until things are settled.

There's a lot that I don't know about that situation yet and being that it's a weekend, I can't even find out. But I'm feeling like unless I lay down, spay the dog and place her in rescue, none of you are going to be happy.

Emma's not 3lbs and thin as a rail. These dogs I met last night are.

My God... no one around here is happy unless they're able to attack someone.

Here's the ad, ksl.com - Ad Listing. It doesn't say that the dog will be spayed before placement, it says that it will be required to be spayed, there is a huge difference. You cannot require anyone to spay a dog, especially a CKC dog.

I take your word for the shape that these two poor babies were in, but I've also had people tell me I don't take care of Silvia. She is 2lb. 14oz. and you can see her backbone and her hair is very thin, almost non-existent on her back. She is the healthiest little thing in the world and I feed her better than I do myself, but she just looks the way she looks. The vet says she's healthy, not sure the reason, but I have friends that are scared to pet her because they can feel her backbone.

I hope that those two babies are not being neglected. I hate to even think of that. Especially, if they are wanting to breed them! If she truly is in bad shape, think of what a pregnancy will do to her! Poor babies!
