I have to tell you that I have a little girl "Bella" who is only 3.5 lbs also and no one is allowed to come around her when she eats and she also is the boss of the whole house. Some people could say she is attacking my other dogs but she is just showing them who is boss...I would take Emma in a heartbeat and if the OP really cared about her she would turn her over to rescue instead of trying to recoup her $$$. If the OP cared she could easily keep the dogs separated by a x-pen until she found the right home. The OP has many very expense birds kept at her home which could really scare this little girl and make her very jumpy in this home environment...the smaller they are the tougher they think they are...or they are reacting to everything with a fear aggression..hard to say.

I am also surprised there is not a hugh outcry on someone breeding a 3.5lb Yorkie. Wrong, Wrong, Wrong.
