A great reminder, they are just too fast sometimes. I can imagine how scary this was for you, glad it turned out to be ok. Suri is such a cutie pie, I would have loved to see that happy little face when you opened the door.

She's such a pretty little thing, someone would have scooped her up and gone off with her if she wasn't such a smart girl and stayed on the porch.

Thank goodness she didn't run off. But I have always taught her to stay close to me, so she probably just looked around and said, Where's my mommy!.

It is so nice to see that what you taught them actually came in handy. Hehe...

This is precisely why we put a metal gate short enough to step over at our front door. We just leave it there all the time. I am so afraid someone visiting will not remember to watch out for my babies. This works very well and gives me peace of mind.
