I absolutely agree and she'll be put on a plane and returned home as soon as the seller is ready to do what is right and refund us. We aren't a payday loan center. Why should we be stiffed with the bill here when we aren't the ones that did anything wrong other than trust the word of the otherwise seemingly reputable seller. If only the person that returned Emma the first time around had stood up and said something we would have been properly informed and this wouldn't have happened to a second family. |

The black coloration on the bridge of the nose makes it seem that it would have to be a different dog. I know black coloration gets lighter, but gold hair on snouts don't turn black. Come on Seller, do what's right for Emma. |
Did the OP get a new user?? |

i dont think the buyer or the seller deserves this dog. Your like children arguing over a toy. This is a living creature that needs love. Theres too much talk about money and not enough about the needs of the dog. The buyer should always see the dog before buying ,we all know that. Find a puppy in your own hometown and save the poor animal from travelling. |

Update? 2 Attachment(s) So, what is going on? I got to page 10 and had to stop - nothing new is being said anyway. It's a different dog, no question, or at least a terribly misrepresented dog by using a really old photo for the ad (I think it's a different dog). In my experience, lighting can make a HUGE difference - more lighting can make the hair appear fuller and lighter, but that's not the same dog. Are you guys working something out or are you looking for a new home for her? I would love the opportunity to help in any way I can. - Like findhing her a new home, etc. Honestly, as a breeder, I would refund every cent and drive to Florida to pick her up if there were a problem. Especially with an adult Yorkie, a good fit in a new family is a MUST. We have rehomed a few older Yorkies, and always there was the expectation that if for ANY reason it didn't work out, we would happily take the Yorkie back and find it a new home - I want to know where all of our babies are, how they are being cared for, who they are with, etc. Personalities with older Yorkies can be tricky when you take them out of their normal environment, so a breder should always spend a lot of time in making the right family choice when rehoming a Yorkie. Anyway, I've thrown in my two cents. Here's an example of how lighting can make a Yorkie look different - same dog, one outside with natural light and one inside under bright lights with a flash - taken about 6 days apart. |
Ok I am a new member and I have been keeping up on this all day.I had to take my little guy Jasper in for his second shots today and came home and got back on.I am so worried about what is going to happen to this little girl, man if I had that money I would just buy her from you,get her fixed and let her live the rest of her life with me but sadly I don't have that kind of money. All I have is the love of a furbaby who needs a forever home which at this time she doesn't have.I would take her in a heart beat and train her as I have all my others.Like I said before all my dogs are rescues except Jasper he is our only one who was bought from a breeder which Thank the Lord it was my Aunt who we knew very well that we got him from.I am telling you all I want is for this furbaby to find her a forever home so if anyone wants to loan me 1150 I would glady take her:) Maybe I will get a knock on the door and someone will hand me the money.I will be praying for this little girl to find a home she truely needs. God Bless everyone involved and hopefully everything will be worked out. |

Any responsible reputable seller will always take their dogs back. This dog was clearly mis-advertised. All of this could of been avoided if the seller did the right thing in the first place. I feel the buyers are being more than fair. |

I looked back at the photos. I think this is the same dog, (eyes and snout area look the same shape and size) - HOWEVER, I do think that the seller posted VERY, VERY Young photos of this dog - so misleading to me :( |
