i too am sorry that this happened to you.. but i totally know how you feel.. i took koda and roxxi to the groomer two weeks ago and she cut bangs for Koda.. i was pretty upset because his hair was almost long enough to get all in a topknot.. but she felt really bad after she did it and kept apologizing .. so at least she knows now not to do it next time lol... but in your case, when you gave specific orders and she still did it, i would never go back

Thanks everyone for the tea and sympathy. I'll give it the summer and maybe my girls face will grow back, but I don't see how, with her having cut it even and square I don't know how she will get her little heart shape natural layered thing going again. I'm still upset this morning, every time I look at her I want to hit someone.

I'm sorry you had to go thru this. I would be mad too especially since you were so specific with what you wanted.

Maxwell's first professional cut made him look just like a schnauzer. That was also his last professional cut.

i love grooming Tia , its our special time together. Every Sunday eve i do my nails then hers lol, then trim her body, it grows so quick.

Sorry this happened to your little one. I know how frustrating it can be especially when you are trying your best to let it grow out. Then to have one uncaring groomer to undo all the months of work....grrrrr.... but for every bad one out there, there are also some excellent groomers who can be counted on to do what you want and make your Yorkie look even more adorable than usual. Keep trying, you will find a good one, or become one yourself out of desperation. Luckily, they do grow back out fairly fast, it only seems like forever.
