i too am sorry that this happened to you.. but i totally know how you feel.. i took koda and roxxi to the groomer two weeks ago and she cut bangs for Koda.. i was pretty upset because his hair was almost long enough to get all in a topknot.. but she felt really bad after she did it and kept apologizing .. so at least she knows now not to do it next time lol... but in your case, when you gave specific orders and she still did it, i would never go back |
